First Tale: Not in Storybrooke, Maine anymore [Action/ AccidentVideo]
[Henry has found himself waking up on a very cold day in Luceti on the outskirts of the village. It takes him a bit to gather his bearings and to find his winter coat nearby him. Putting it on he sits there for a moment to look around. Yup, this wasn't home. Did he get here by magic? And if so, was this the Enchanted Forest?
Looking nearby he see's a journal with his name on it. Very strange. Why would a journal that he never had have his name? Someone must have brought him here.
Opening it up he begins flipping through the pages. It was looking to be some kind of guide. Maybe it had a map?
When it proves to becoming difficult to try and find a map in this journal, he begins to wander into the village, tightly holding his jacket closed. He doesn't want to even think what bad guy put him in a raggy pair of pants. But he starts to call out for anyone around.]
Hello? Anyone here? Gram-pa are you here?

Re: [Action]
[But thank you big scary man for bending down to his height.]
His Storybrooke name is David Nolan, but he either goes by James or Prince Charming. He's a bit shorter than you and has short brown hair. He's also got a sheriff's badge.
Re: [Action]
Sheriff's badge, huh? The name's not familiar, but where does he usually hang out in Luceti?
Re: [Action]
...This isn't Storybrooke, is it?
Re: [Action]
Welcome to Luceti. It's a different world. Explains the wings on your back and all that. Unless you had them before coming here? [Most people don't have wings, but hey some of them might. Smoker's from a weird world.]
Here, it's a lot to take in, so let's grab a seat, okay? [Gestures towards the village to head to one of the cafes.] Do you still have your journal? They usually put it with you wherever they first drop you off.
Re: [Action]
[He takes a moment to think. Nope...not in his Storybook.]
No, people don't have wings where I'm from.
[But Henry will go along with Smoker when he suggests to find a warmer place.]
Yeah, I took it with me. I thought it might help.
[He tilts his head a bit.]
You do this a lot, don't you?
[Action]
We get New Feather cycles about every other month, and I've been here about two and a half years. If you look in the back of your journal, you'll find the Guide. It was written by people who've been here even longer than me. They're usually the ones more on top of this thing. [If Henry would like, Smoker will bookmark Ye Olde Guide for him.]
Re: [Action]
So, these Malnosso people put a curse on everyone and trapped them here?
[It's the best way he can really think of how this works.]
[Action]
Shifts are like curses basically. They mess everything up one way or another.
Re: [Action]
Has anyone been able to figure out how to break the shifts then? If they work like curses there's always a way to break them.
Re: [Action]
There are mass shifts that affect most of the village, and those don't usually last much more than a week or so, and then the localized shifts curse one person for a week or a month or so.
And if someone dies there's a side effect... those can get removed though.
The barrier can't be removed though, same with the wings. Those curses are pretty permanent. Especially since the wings are your life force, so protect them.
Re: [Action]
[But, Henry's almost sure there's a way to break the barrier. After all, even the most strongest of curses could be broken. But, for now that could wait. There was just something else Henry needed to ask.]
Where do all the new people stay when they get here?
