First Echo - A memory of a clock tower ticking passed 8:15
Second Echo - A memory of a car ride with this woman. The conversation is about the woman calling herself Pumpkin for something called "Operation Cobra." Henry says no and says he's got another code name for her that she isn't ready for yet.
Third Echo - Physical echo, the heart of the truest believer. He's got minor use of it back allowing him to transform objects into something else. He can only change five objects and when he hits the limit he can't transform for twenty four hours.
Fourth Echo - A memory of him reading a story from his book involving the Blue fairy. It'll be the one where she's telling Snow White and Prince Charming of a magical tree that can transport "the child" to safety.
Fifth Echo - A memory of Peter Pan saying "wouldn't it be fun to use a real sword?" And Henry in response says he's never used a real sword at all. Peter Pan goes to say that he has the Heart of the Truest believer and he can use whatever he wants.
Sixth Echo - A memory of This conversation
Seventh Echo - This whole scene. Henry will remember that in the town he apparently used to live in people would lose their memories when leaving it.
Eighth Echo - Item Echo. Henry gets his storybook back with only three stories in it so far. The story of Snow White and Prince Charming's first meeting, Charming fighting the dragon and rescuing Snow White, The Story of Pinocchio.
Ninth Echo - Physical Echo, an unlock for the heart of the truest believer. He can now create up to fifteen objects a day.

Tenth Echo - Mental Echo, 0:40 to 1:30 The conversation he and Lloyd had is reminiscent of the one Henry had in OUAT to Jefferson. About telling family member they were okay rather than not saying anything.
Eleventh Echo March 24 2014 - Physical, The ability to learn OUAT Magic. OUAT has clearly stated that magic can be learned by just about anyone, they just need a teacher. Regina even remarked on being able to teach Henry how to use it as well. He won't be able to use it right now, but could potentially learn later from a canon mate.
